Eat Your Garden
One of the best things about growing a productive garden is being able to enjoy a bountiful harvest. I encourage students who attend my gardening classes to cook the produce we grow so that we all can taste a delicious range of culinary creations.

Detailed below are some simple dishes you can create from the bounty you produce at home using ingredients that are easy to grow in warm climates. Modify them to suit your taste and develop your own version of these creations initially made for me by students, fellow gardeners and ABC listeners.
